The team had an amazing time celebrating with family and friends during the Findlay Market Opening Day Parade.

The reconfigured footprint of the north wing of the facility allows for better care of the necessities offered to the community along with better accommodations for the staff and volunteers that are the active hands serving!

This is another prime example of the Port's intentionality in positively impacting the region by providing resources for existing home owners that are in need of capital projects to maintain their homes.

After Corryville Community Development Corporation acquired the historic Mecklenburg Gardens complex “Zinzinnati’s Oldest Restaurant”, the vision was clear, honor what this place has meant, while reactivating it for what the community needs today.

The conversations evolved around what the landscape of building a career in development looks like in our region.

From unpacking regional housing data with Gary Painter to candid conversations on affordability with Jennifer Walke, Luke Blocher, and Brandon Rudd, we examined the housing landscape from every angle including AMI realities, zoning barriers, infrastructure gaps, employer responsibility, and the policies shaping both city and suburban growth.

Proud of the team and partners for delivering refreshed, functional spaces that support Metro’s workforce and updated designs throughout the process. Looking forward to continuing progress in the next phase!

The new space was designed to support how our team works today.

It’s an early milestone in the larger vision for a renewed community gathering place in the West End.

In November, we joined partners to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of State Avenue Lofts, a historic conversion project by Kaiker Development + Construction, bringing 12 new affordable apartments to Lower Price Hill.

We’re excited to announce that our beautifully renovated homes at 3117 & 3119 Colerain are officially hitting the market with Cincinnati Historic Homes: Keller Williams!

It’s always nice to take a moment to reflect on the trajectory of a newly revitalized building, business, and community, along side the many project partners that made it all possible throughout the various stages of this commercial redevelopment.

We can't wait to bring this project to fruition as Valley interfaith continues to be a much needed support system to the community!

This project allowed us to breathe new life into the building from a holistic execution of repairs.

2025 marked 10 years of us bringing projects to fruition, and more than anything, it reminded us why we do what we do for the communities we serve.
