From unpacking regional housing data with Gary Painter to candid conversations on affordability with Jennifer Walke, Luke Blocher, and Brandon Rudd, we examined the housing landscape from every angle including AMI realities, zoning barriers, infrastructure gaps, employer responsibility, and the policies shaping both city and suburban growth.

In November, we joined partners to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of State Avenue Lofts, a historic conversion project by Kaiker Development + Construction, bringing 12 new affordable apartments to Lower Price Hill.
