Last week we had the pleasure of Cincinnati Regional Chamber Leadership Cincinnati cohort touring our progress at State Ave Lofts!
This program orchestrated by Sean Comer‘s team helps build up local leaders and connect them within our communities and challenge them to think about strengthening the region as a whole instead of just certain pieces to the puzzle within their professions alone.
Even with unpredictable Cincinnati weather, we can surely predict the future of this restoration project in the West End!
You can witness the revitalization of this historic property as the exterior restoration has brightened up the block. We're patiently waiting for the final finish phase of construction to fully activate this property here in 2025 with our project partners.

Our Landbank has secured and stabilized 793 Delhi, a beautiful property built in 1885 with 2,400 sq. ft. of space.
Same street, different project, but the same heart and passion behind it!
You may remember a few weeks ago seeing us at 1607 Race Street revitalizing the beauty within the bricks with an emergency stabilization and preservation of the front facade.
We're restoring and preserving another historical landmark in our city for future use of the community!
Our team has been working on the First German Reformed Church to preserve and reestablish the structural integrity before building out the space for a future community center.
