Urban infill development sometimes requires a tad bit of demolition.
For Cedar Ave Townhomes, that phase of the project has now been completed as two buildings on Cedar Ave have been brought down to rubble and the site is being cleared for our next phase of building nine new townhomes!
We look forward to bringing this project to fruition in partnership with CHCURC - College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation. Welcoming new residents, and creating more opportunities for people to call the College Hill community home!
