…a transformative urban infill student housing development rising at the corner of Calhoun, West McMillan, and Vine Street in collaboration with Turner Construction Company.
As the number of incoming Bearcats continues to grow, so does the demand for quality housing connected to campus life. This development alone will be the new home for over 1,300 UC students. More importantly, it helps strengthen the fabric of the university community by creating more opportunities for students to live, learn, and engage closer to campus!
