2025 wasn't just any other year for Kaiker Development + Construction…

2025 marked 10 years of us bringing projects to fruition, and more than anything, it reminded us why we do what we do for the communities we serve.

2025 included creating more quality and affordable housing on projects like State Ave Lofts, collaborations in bringing back a major connection in the Convention Center District at the old Saks, building a new commercial state-of-the-art learning center in the heart of OTR, and even tackling multiple smaller community-based projects to mid-sized Class A office space.

2025 brought on challenges that our team led with solutions to overcome with our execution of both development and construction management services. All of this focused on adding value to grow pivotal partnerships that will benefit the region for years to come. 2025 has pushed forward many developments with a great start, and brought a number of construction projects to the finish line.

And while all of that sounds great, it's only possible because of the people who believe in us. We don't reach year 10 of growth without having an amazing team. We don't reach year 10 without having amazing community support and partnerships across the region.
