If you've been down Race street recently, then you might have come across our work at 1607 Race just north of Liberty adjacent to many people’s favorite fish spot!
This project allowed us to breathe new life into the building from a holistic execution of repairs.
Starting with the structural stabilization where the building was a public nuisance and close to falling on pedestrians, to a new front facade and fire escape, and finally a completely new interior finish package, we're proud to see our clients having their new units on the market, ready to become a new home in OTR!
