The conversations evolved around what the landscape of building a career in development looks like in our region. The journey of these two included the needs of patience, persistence, purpose, partnerships, and proof of concept. Development is more than just an ability to bring projects to fruition for these two, they enjoy developing the community impact that is being constructed!
