Still thinking about this past weekend with Leadership Cincinnati 49.

From unpacking regional housing data with Gary Painter to candid conversations on affordability with Jennifer Walke, Luke Blocher, and Brandon Rudd, we examined the housing landscape from every angle including AMI realities, zoning barriers, infrastructure gaps, employer responsibility, and the policies shaping both city and suburban growth.

Touring projects and hearing from leaders like Kai Lewars, Rahiel Michael, and Todd Voelkerding made the challenges (and possibilities) tangible.
On Saturday, we closed the weekend grounding our work in action, with guidance from Aharon B. Brown and Leah Bobbey, CAP®, CFRE of Greater Cincinnati Foundation, reflecting on priorities and asking what leadership requires of us next.

Thankful to our sponsors, Bank of America and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP for investing in this leadership journey and making learning opportunities like this one possible.
