Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation (CWURC) 3117 + 3119 Colerain Avenue Townhomes have officially hit the market!
We had the pleasure of leading the CM services for this project that was stuck in the middle of construction for the previous ownership.
The project team enjoyed being tasked to evaluate the existing conditions, as well as preserving the rich history built into these two 19th-Century homes in Camp Washington. Now, we are excited to see these once forgotten houses revitalized back into quality and affordable homes for people to join the Camp Washington neighborhood!
