where industry leaders come together to speak on insights from the data and other key indicators depicting the growth and constraints of our region.
Kai joined the stage at Memorial Hall with Lasserre Bradley III, Steve Bestard, Jenna Martini, and Tim Sharp as they reflected construction locally and what makes the Cincinnati region historically so great, while keeping an outlook of what's necessary to to support the regions growth comparative to other metro cities.
It was clear the key indicator to look out for is HOUSING SUPPLY, which the implementation of capital and workforce will be key! We look forward to being a part of the solution in the years to come providing more quality housing for our communities.
