From vacant buildings to vibrant homes
In November, we joined partners to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of State Avenue Lofts, a historic conversion project by Kaiker Development + Construction, bringing 12 new affordable apartments to Lower Price Hill.
The journey started years earlier, when the Hamilton County Landbank, a managed entity of The Port, acquired the buildings with a long-term vision for restoration. Projects like this show what’s possible when public investment and the right partners come together!
