About

Matthew Beaver is a highly skilled construction management professional with over 12 years of experience in the development and construction management industry. He is passionate about building high quality commercial and residential structures and brings his vast expertise as a business owner, estimator, site superintendent, skilled craftsman, and office manager to his new position at Kaiker Development + Construction. Matthew enjoys working at Kaiker and recognizes that founder Kai Lewars is building a company with a strong foundation. It didn’t take much time for Matt to see that Kaiker was a rising firm with an emphasis on the right mixture of talent and core values to continue to position itself to be one of the leading construction management companies in the region.

Matthew is motivated to make everything around him better for his children. Working on community development projects is very intriguing to him, having an opportunity to positively impact communities for his children and others in the region. In his free time, he loves spending time with his kids playing soccer, basketball, cards, video games and watching movies.

Bio

Matthew joined Kaiker Development + Construction as a Project Manager in April, 2023. His experience ranges from special small projects involving more intricate details, to large real estate development projects involving a high level of oversite and expertise.

    • Class A Office Renovation at Atrium II Building in partnership with Hunt Builders converting existing space into client’s new headquarters totaling 14,500 SF

  • Meyer’s Lofts Condos + Commercial Storefronts – Mixed Use Development - Cincinnati, OH

    • 3CDC A/E Construction Estimating and Construction Management services of a Historical Renovation of 2 buildings into 9 condo units and 2 storefront commercial spaces totaling 8,000 SF

  • Metro Breakrooms Improvement – Commercial Renovation - Cincinnati, OH

    • Modernization of 6 breakrooms across 3 different facilities totaling 7,000 SF

  • Lincoln Gilbert/ Thatcher Flats Phase II - New Build Construction - Cincinnati, OH
